Our reporters whose houses raided are being held at Istanbul Police Department
İSTANBUL - Our reporters Sadık Topaloğlu and Sadiye Eser whom we weren't able to contact for hours after they left the agency in the evening, are reported to be held at İstanbul Security Directorate.It was learned that both their houses were raided and searched, and Topaloğlu's door was broken with a ram.
Sadık Topaloğlu and Sadiye Eser are being held at the Istanbul Police Department on Vatan Street. While the raids were carried out at the home of both reporters, Topaloglu's door was broken and both reporter's houses were trashed.
Police informed us that both reporters were at the police station during the searches. Initially, the police did not admit that our reporters were in custody.
