KARS - Former Mayor of Kağızman Municipality Mehmet Alkan was detained during a home raid to his address.

Former Mayor of Kağızman Municipality located in Kars was taken into custody. Alkan who was detained during a raid to his home, have been taken to Provincial Security Directorate.
