AYM rejected the application of Osman Kavala

ANKARA - The Constitutional Court dismissed the individual application of Osman Kavala by a majority vote.

 
The Constitutional Court (AYM) refused the individual application of  Osman Kavala, on 1 November 2017 due to aggravated life imprisonment on the grounds that he was the organizer of the Gezi protests. The application was rejected by the majority of votes.
