İSTANBUL- The prosecutor submitted his opinion on the merits regarding the case where 9 of the 21 personel being tried on İstanbul 26th Criminal Court.Prosecutor demanded the 21 personel to be sentenced with the charges of 'Being a member of an illegal organization' and 'Praising an illegal organization'.

The prosecution demanded the continuation of the detention of 9 prisoners including the owner of the printing company, Kasım Zengin.
 
The whole staff of the printing company was taken under custody for printing the newspaper Libertarian Democracy despite their defense saying that they send everything they print to the Chief Prosecutors Office and they are not responsible for their content. 9 of the personel including the owner was arrested.
