Batman Co-Mayor released from prison

BATMAN – HDP's Batman Co-Mayor Mehmet Demir who was replaced by a trustee and was arrested afterwards, was released from prison.

Batman Municipality Co-Mayor Mehmet Demir who was dismissed from office by the Ministry of Interior and replaced by a trustee was released from prison in the third hearing of the case against him. Demir was accused of 'being a member of a terrorist organization. Demir was released on probation.
